The Opportunity: Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Client Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will be instrumental in managing client-related financial data and supporting the broader finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Core Function:

  • Maintain accurate client information records in conjunction with the finance team.
  • Identify and validate invoicing amounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making within the pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising context.

What You'll Bring: Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or a related highly-regulated industry.
  • Specialized Knowledge: * Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with the MLR submission process or similar regulatory workflows is a significant plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional data analysis and client management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Veeva PromoMats.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master's).
  • Familiarity with a multi-channel marketing (MCM) approach.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating success in financial analysis or operations.
